Following the transition announced in Passing the Baton, the easySPEAK 2025+ Next Chapter Team is now fully in place, dedicated to ensuring that the platform continues to serve Toastmasters members and clubs worldwide with the same reliability, functionality, and community spirit it has offered for nearly two decades.

With heartfelt appreciation to Malcolm Warden, whose vision and commitment created and nurtured easySPEAK, this new chapter focuses on sustainability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Our goal is simple: to maintain and enhance the easySPEAK experience for every club, officer, and member who relies on it.

easySPEAK has always been a community effort, built by Toastmasters, for Toastmasters. The new team continues that tradition, bringing together skilled volunteers passionate about technology, communication, and service. Their shared mission: to keep the platform running smoothly today while preparing it for the needs of tomorrow.

  • Project Management – Requirements, plans, roadmap, backlog, and coordination of releases
