For me EXCELLENCE is an ongoing quest. A quest towards something that is always moving, because you can always do better than what you have done in the past. For me EXCELLENCE is a path that could include the following steps:

      GROWING MEMBERSHIP

      Membership: conduct a membership drive

      Create your own membership campaign
      Conduct a Speechcraft to attract new potential members, while giving them an opportunity to learn basic public-speaking skills

      Membership: recruit from all available sources
      Hand out promotional materials at community organizations
      Give short talks about Toastmasters at company seminars or related subjects

      Membership: publicize your club
      Distribute fliers with your club information to local businesses and display in strategic locations
      Send news releases announcing your club’s time and meeting location to local newspapers
