This workshop was aimed at:
- presenting a series of softskills that will be useful in 2030, grouping them in 5 areas.
- offering an online interview tool for the user to evaluate his/her knowledge of those skills and get a recommendation on activities that can be performed in Toastmasters in order to practice those skills
- introducing the “Leadership Β Diary” as a tool that helps leaders reflect on their own decisions .

Review the slides used in the workshop Leadership 2030 to review the softskills, the areas and the reflection process that was suggested. - Take the interview.
Identify your strongest and least-developed leadership areas. - Choose a Toastmasters role.
Use the roles guide to practise that skill in a real meeting. - Reflect and repeat.
Use the Leadership Diary and AI suggestions to turn experience into growth.
